We do our very best to provide the customer service you would expect.   We try to satisfy every customer and provide the best possible products and service available. We understand that you are only as good as your last transaction and that is why our customers come back to us over and over again.

New City Promotions Inc knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.  We will not share any information about you to any other person or third party.

Return Policy

Blank Products
Un-Imprinted products are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department.  The original shipping for the order is NOT refundable NOR is the return shipping.  There is a 20% restocking fee for any return other than defective merchandise.

Imprinted Products
Custom printed products are NOT of any use except to the company or individual that purchased them.  These products are NOT returnable for a credit or refund of any kind unless they are defective in material workmanship.

Defective Merchandise
We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects.  Imprinting is a surface imprint in many cases and normal wear will cause the imprint to eventually rub off.  We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by New City Promotions in which case we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request.
